RETURN POLICY

At TBKICKS, we deeply value customer satisfaction. If the item you have purchased is the incorrect size, we’re happy to offer a credit note, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging.

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your own cost.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

Please note: we DO NOT provide refunds, so please choose your item carefully.

All approved returns will receive a credit note equal to the value of the returned items, excluding any original shipping charges. The credit note does not expire.

 

HOW TO INITIATE AN RETURN

1. Contact us via email tbkicks.hq@gmail.com or fill out the contact form with your full name, order number and reason for your return.

2. Package your unworn item in its original box or other packaging such as a cardboard box (do not use a satchel). 

3. Ship out your item to the provided address. Please be aware that the customer is required to cover the shipping and handling costs.

4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your request promptly.
