At TBKICKS, we deeply value customer satisfaction. If the item you have purchased is the incorrect size, you are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
The product/s MUST be unworn and undamaged, accompanied by its original packaging and proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns, all sales are final. No refunds will be given due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please ensure the correct size and product is ordered.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
1. Contact us via email tbkicks.hq@gmail.com or fill out the contact form with your full name, order number and reason for an exchange.
2. Package your unworn item in its original box or other packaging such as a cardboard box (do not use a satchel).
3. Ship out your item to the provided address. Please be aware that the customer is required to cover the shipping and handling costs.
4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your request promptly.
